How engagements are scoped, priced, delivered and closed — and where responsibility begins and ends.
Each engagement (diagnosis, design, governance drafting, operations support or retainer advisory) is confirmed in writing before work starts, stating scope, deliverables, timeline and fee. Only the written scope is contractually binding.
Structure diagnoses are charged at a fixed fee; design and drafting work is charged per project; retainer advisory is a fixed monthly subscription. All fees are quoted and agreed in advance, in euro or pound sterling as stated in the proposal. Fee bands shown on this site are indicative and become binding only in a written proposal.
Invoices follow the payment terms of the proposal. We may pause work on an engagement while an invoice remains overdue.
Services are delivered online across Europe, in English, through consultations, assessments and written reports. Timelines are those stated in the written scope.
A diagnosis may be cancelled for a full refund before work has started. Retainers end with one month's written notice. Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Our advice covers structure, governance and operations; it is not tax or legal advice, and final legal documents are confirmed by qualified lawyers.
Complaints go to services@branholdings.services and are acknowledged within five working days.
As a company registered in England and Wales, our engagement documents are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
