What it covers

What the engagement includes

Four workstreams, each with a named deliverable — nothing is left as an implicit assumption.

01

Monthly review meeting

A fixed slot each month to check decisions, drift and follow-ups.

02

On-call advisory

A standing window for the questions that cannot wait for the next meeting.

03

Structure drift checks

As the business changes, we check the structure still matches reality.

04

Priority scheduling

New mandates from retainer clients move to the front of the queue.

How it is scoped

Written scope, fixed fee, no surprises

Every mandate is scoped in writing before work starts: what we will look at, what you receive, and what the engagement costs. A fixed fee applies to diagnoses and document work; larger design projects are quoted per project; retainer clients pay a monthly subscription.

Work is delivered online across Europe, in English, through consultations, assessments and written advisory reports.

How it runs

From first call to deliverable

Four stages, one adviser, and a written record at each step.

01Onboarding and baseline

We establish the current map and the standing agenda.

02Monthly rhythm

Review meetings with written notes and an action list.

03Ad-hoc consultations

Time-sensitive matters handled inside the standing window.

04Annual re-assessment

Once a year, the structure is re-checked against the business.

Typical elapsed time is stated in the written scope, not estimated on a call.

The handover pack

  • Standing on-call window

Scope boundary

Retainer advice covers structure, governance and operations. Tax and legal questions are referred to licensed professionals, and we help you brief them.
