Service 01 / 05
A structured review of how your companies, shareholders and business lines actually fit together — ending in a written report you can act on.
What it covers
Four workstreams, each with a named deliverable — nothing is left as an implicit assumption.
Every company, shareholder and voting arrangement laid out in one diagram, so the group is legible at a glance.
Which activities sit where — and how contracts, staff and assets follow them through the group.
Gaps, informal arrangements and single points of failure, each described plainly and ranked by urgency.
We work from your documents plus short structured interviews with owners and directors.
How it is scoped
Every mandate is scoped in writing before work starts: what we will look at, what you receive, and what the engagement costs. A fixed fee applies to diagnoses and document work; larger design projects are quoted per project; retainer clients pay a monthly subscription.
Work is delivered online across Europe, in English, through consultations, assessments and written advisory reports.

How it runs
Four stages, one adviser, and a written record at each step.
We agree the perimeter of the review and collect registers, agreements and org charts.
A working session to reconcile the paperwork with how decisions really get made.
Each finding is graded for urgency and translated into plain English.
You receive the diagnostic report and walk through it with your adviser.
Typical elapsed time is stated in the written scope, not estimated on a call.
What you receive
A diagnosis describes what exists and where the risks are. It is not a tax or legal opinion; where those are needed we say so plainly and coordinate with licensed professionals.
